About me

A registered member of the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP), I began training to be a person-centred counsellor in 2012, later gaining further diplomas in ‘counselling children and adolescents' and 'counselling in the workplace' (EAP).  I went on to achieve a first-class BSc.(Hons) degree in ‘Cognitive Behavioural Therapeutic (CBT) Approaches’ which allows me to offer integrative psychotherapy to adults, children and adolescents locally, nationally and internationally.

I have worked within the Criminal Justice System, charity and school sectors since 1999 and during my expansive and varying career, have worked with individuals experiencing issues such as: depression, bereavement, anxiety, separation anxiety, Trichotillomania, alcohol and substance misuse, relationship difficulties, personality disorders, stress and anxiety (but to name a few).

An advanced Restorative Justice practitioner since 2008, I offers consultations to families, family courts, businesses and schools on a confidential basis.
